Even though nature of mind can be recognized anywhere, certain places and circumstances can be of great help. Our treks up to the Himalayas offer a transformative experience immersed in the cultural mosaic that is Nepal. As a team, we do much more than simply arrange the logistics for the experience to flow seamlessly—we guide travelers through a journey of inner transformation.
Our treks this Fall, 2025
Everest Base Camp Trek (September) – A journey into the heights, physically and mentally.
Mountains and Meditation Trek (October) – A spiritually-oriented trek, designed for deep introspection with less physical intensity.

This project will bring transformative retreats to Hispanic countries, offering immersive experiences in nature and deep spiritual practice. From the serene landscapes of Venezuela’s Güico, in collaboration with La Encantada, to the secluded jungles of Costa Rica and the tranquil monasteries or mountain sanctuaries of Spain—such as Andalusia or the Pyrenees—each retreat provides a space for meditation, self-inquiry, and renewal. Rooted in ancient wisdom and tailored for modern seekers, these retreats create an opportunity to step away from daily distractions and reconnect with what truly matters.

In Minds Clarity Institute, students will learn through the union of ancient wisdom and modern scientific discoveries. Ancient wisdom and science are not in contradiction. We will strive to find the commonalities between these two worlds to provide a transformative learning experience.
We will build a community of teachers and students who value curiosity, life-long learning, and experiential learning. Our teachers will teach from knowledge gained from real-life experience, not just books and theory. We understand that, as human beings, we learn best when our minds are open and when learning is not imposed. Finally, we will value hands-on learning. Students will learn by taking action, not spend many hours seated attempting to passively absorb information.
Minds Clarity Institute will be different from the average school or university, since students will come to us inspired by their own curiosity and desire to learn. We value proactivity since the most effective learning happens when the student is looking to learn. As an institute, we will stretch our hand and expect students to stretch theirs back. Our vision is to create a space where self-motivated students can come and explore their potential.

Minds Clarity Media is the publishing and content arm of the foundation, dedicated to producing engaging written, audio, and video content, acting as a force of clarity in a digital world clouded by distraction and misinformation. The analogy we use is that social media is filled with seeds of compassion that need to be cultivated and taken care of. These seeds of content connect people with the present moment. The mission of MCM is to infuse the digital world with "fertilizer"—small, powerful posts that act as an enhancer to the good causes that are already there. Our content will elevate the quality of discourse online.
Every piece of content is designed to inject wisdom into the algorithm, making the digital environment more compassionate and beneficial to those who seek meaning. Whether it's a short video that sparks deep introspection, a podcast that replaces mindless scrolling with mindful listening, or a written piece that plants a seed of transformation, Minds Clarity Media operates like an intelligent network, spreading insight and creating ripple effects of awareness throughout the web.
Clear Shade - Conscious Mountainware

Clear Shade will be an apparel project under the Minds Clarity Foundation, dedicated to raising awareness for skin cancer through protective clothing for the blend of outdoor and urban environments. The brand’s core idea is simple but bold: protection is health, and health is power.
We will produce versatile clothing that can be used for a day of trekking and at the same time for casual social gatherings. This fusion supports an everyday lifestyle rooted in movement, protection, and purpose.
All Clear Shade apparel is designed with functionality, comfort, and coverage in mind—long sleeves, high collars, breathable pants, and wide-brimmed hats. These items not only serve the needs of trekkers, runners, and climbers but also promote a culture of care and prevention.
Our gear empowers movement while serving a deeper mission: reminding people that taking care of their skin—and their life—brings healthy and conducive circumstances for transformation to take place. Proceeds from the brand help fund skin cancer awareness campaigns, and early detection initiatives, and help fund other Minds Clarity projects.
